According to him, the conduct of elections in the Donbass in the current conditions is not a question for the Central Election Commission, but "more for the legislators."
Also, the new head of the Ukrainian CEC said that "sooner or later, elections will be held throughout Ukraine."
Earlier, President of Ukraine Vladimir Zelensky ruled out holding elections in the Donbass in the presence of the military.
