Putin asked one of the winners, deputy head doctor of the clinic Vladimir Ostromensky, whether healthcare could work as a corporation.
Ostromensky replied that healthcare could work as a corporation.
The Russian president further cited as an example the work of the head of the Rosatom state corporation, Sergei Kiriyenko. According to him, Rosatom is working quite effectively.
“In this version, the ministry is involved in monitoring, inspections, methods, and so on, and healthcare itself, as a system for providing important services for people, works just like a corporation,” he added.
Earlier, the Russian leader said that social elevators in Russia should work “not on a call”.
