The Ministry of Education has announced the dates of the Emirates Standard Test “EmSAT” for the 12th grade.
On its website, the ministry has set 12 test dates throughout the current academic year, at a rate of approximately twice a month.
The table showed that the chances of testing in October will be on 12 and 26, and in November next on the ninth and 23rd, and on the seventh of December next, and on the 25th of January next, and on the eighth and 22nd of February next, and on the seventh and 21 of next March, The exams will end on April 11 and 18.
The Ministry explained on its website that the Emirates Standard Test «EmSAT» (EmSAT), is a standard electronic test to assess the extent of students' skills and concepts at the end of the third seminar for specific subjects, noting that the purpose of measuring the information and skills of students in the twelfth grade, after they have completed General education and the transition to higher education, these tests give decision-makers information useful in the enrollment stage at the university.
The test is compulsory for Emirati and non-Emirati students in the twelfth grade (general and advanced track) in Arabic, English, mathematics and physics, while it is compulsory for advanced track students only in chemistry, and is experimental in biology and computer science for students of both general and advanced tracks.
Twelfth grade Emirati students in private schools, whether accredited by the Ministry or international curriculum, take the mandatory test in Arabic, English, mathematics and physics. Students who have studied chemistry in the third cycle for two years or more take the test in this course. The test in biology and computer science is experimental.
The ministry pointed out that the test is compulsory for non-Emirati students, in private schools with a ministerial curriculum or international schools, who wish to complete university studies in the UAE, in the subjects of Arabic, English, mathematics and physics, and lead students who studied chemistry in the third cycle for Two years or more, the test in this course, and the test in the subjects of biology and computer science experimental.
The Ministry stressed the need to ensure the completion of registration for all tests and to obtain a ticket for each test, and to make sure to print the tickets for the tests and read the instructions on them, and to make sure the test center and the date and time, and if the student is of concern or suffering a condition that may affect his evaluation of the test, send An email request at least one week before the test date
To emsat.register@moe.gov.ae , explain his / her case and attach the evidence in order to take the necessary measures to facilitate the test, in addition to reviewing the Emirates Standard website and reading all the information related to the test, as well as a sample of the questions on the website.
48 test centers
The UAE Ministry of Education has identified 48 emSAT centers nationwide, with 11 in Abu Dhabi, 10 in Al Ain, two in Madinat Zayed, two in Ruwais, eight in Dubai, six in Fujairah and three in Fujairah. In Sharjah, two centers in Umm Al Quwain, three in Ras Al Khaimah, and one in Ajman.
