Old injustices are slowly forgotten. In a baking Öresundsderby between two clubs that have not met since the 2005 event, it is not surprising that the event is reminiscent.

Civilian-dressed Danish police attacked MFF supporters in the stands during a away match in the Royal League. The Danish judicial system later found that the Malmö supporters did not make a mistake, but the apology from FC Copenhagen failed.

A little over a month ago, the then FCK chairman went out in the media and apologized to the Malmö supporters late, something that the Football Channel was the first to report.

"Tear up feelings"

When SVT News Skåne talks to fans from both clubs, everyone mentions the incident at Parken in Copenhagen 14 years ago.

- I was sad and saw the last match at the Park. I don't think there was any bad blood between the fans but it was no fun experience, says Dan Rachlin, former FCK supporter.

Malmö supporters also agree that the event remains in memory, even if they do not blame the Danish fans.

- The park incident has stirred up some feelings between the supporters, but it's mostly against the club FCK, not against the supporters. They backed us up afterwards, says MFF supporter Albin Svantesson.

Tickets for the match are sold out and over 1600 FCK supporters are expected to come to Malmö. The return game will be played at the Park in Copenhagen on December 12.
