The Abu Dhabi Court of Cassation upheld the Court of Appeal's ruling that a medical center was fined 30,000 dirhams for falsifying a patient's consent form for physiotherapy sessions, using the photo of his health card without his knowledge, submitting it to a health insurance company, and collecting the value of the hearings from the company unlawfully.

The details of the case are due to a citizen receiving a letter from the health insurance company affiliated to them, stating that they agree to the physiotherapy sessions at one of the health centers, while the victim did not request treatment sessions, and to refer to the insurance company discovered fraudulent signature on treatment forms, and use the photo of his health card in Fake cure requests.

The prosecution assigned to the medical center the charges of participating with another unknown, by agreement and help to falsify an unofficial editor «Physical Therapy Approval Form, Medical Information Disclosure Form, Medical Approval Form, and Patient Medical Information Record» attributed to the Center.

The Abu Dhabi Court of First Instance convicted the Center of the crimes assigned to it and sentenced him to a fine of 30,000 dirhams. The Abu Dhabi Court of Appeal ruled that the opposition should be accepted in form and in the matter by rejecting and upholding the opposing judgment in all its requirements. This judiciary was not accepted by the Center, which challenged it by way of cassation and presented a newspaper with the reasons for the appeal. Ruled contested.
