According to the agency, the plan is that the so-called back-stop mode, according to which Northern Ireland remains a part of the single market and the EU customs union, becomes limited in time.

Earlier, the European Parliament said it would not approve Boris Johnson’s proposal to reach an agreement on the conditions for the kingdom to leave the European Union, since it does not solve the real problem moments of the deal.

On October 2, Johnson announced that Brexit would be harsh if the EU did not agree to the compromise proposed by London.

On September 25, the British prime minister made a statement of readiness, if necessary, to withdraw the country from the European Union without an agreement with the EU on October 31.
