According to Twitter, a system failure has occurred in the Twitter service and related application “tweet deck” on the afternoon of 2nd Japan time.
The company says on Twitter, “Some users may have trouble receiving tweets, notifications, or viewing direct messages. We ’re working on a fix and should recover soon.”
