Macegora also recalled that in recent months several high-level visits have taken place on both sides.

“A number of similar events are planned, among which I would single out the upcoming trip to Moscow of the new Chairman of the DPRK Supreme People’s Assembly, Pak Tae Sung,” he added.

In July, North Korea issued stamps in honor of the meeting between Putin and Kim Jong-un in Vladivostok.

On April 24–26, Kim Jong-un made an official visit to Russia, in the framework of which he held talks with Putin.
