"This is one of several suspected fires in the vicinity," says Stefan Hagdahl's interior commander Östra Götaland's rescue service.
The fire alarm came shortly after 4am on an early Wednesday morning. The entire building was initially threatened and there was heavy smoke development.
- It's about big smoke damage and we arrived just in time. Several people had seen this at an early stage. Had we arrived a few minutes later we would not have been able to complete the building, says Stefan Hagdahl.
The fire in the clubhouse, which according to the rescue service belongs to a football club is suspected to have been laid.
- There is no natural cause of fire, says Stefan Hagdahl.
At the same time, he says that there have been several fires in the area lately.
- It is unstable and it is very serious, it adds up to a lot, says Stefan Hagdahl.
