The results of analyzes on soot and pollution after the fire Lubrizol plant in Rouen will be published "tomorrow or the day after tomorrow", according to the Minister of Agriculture, Didier Guillaume. The environmental association Respire filed Monday night a referral to the administrative court of Rouen " to appoint an expert " in this case of the fire chemical plant Lubrizol, was learned Tuesday from their lawyer, Corinne Lepage. Another plant shut down

The Lubrizol plant, where about 400 people work, manufactures additives that are used to enrich oils, fuels or industrial paints. It was classified "Seveso high threshold" which indicates its major danger and implies that it enjoys special supervision.

Following the fire, the prefectures of Seine-Maritime, Somme, Oise and Aisne have adopted orders to suspend the placing on the market of plant and animal products as of 26 September because of the pollution.
