According to her, “the content of the publications should be regarded as an unacceptable interference with the administration of justice, disrespect for the court and provocation against the judge of the federal court”.

On September 30, the Moscow City Court replaced actor Pavel Ustinov with a sentence of 3.5 years in prison for one year probation. This decision was made following the appeal.
