This came upon the graduation of 65 members of the first batch of the fourth industrial revolution program, from the elite of national competencies and expertise in federal and local government agencies and private sector companies, who have completed an intensive training program, focused on the areas of the fourth industrial revolution and mechanisms to implement the axes and objectives of the strategy of the Emirates Industrial Revolution Fourth.

His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum said: “Since its establishment, the UAE has adopted an approach based on utilizing the outputs of modern technology in achieving development and enhancing the capabilities of the UAE national human resources to participate effectively in these efforts. Al Nahyan, President of the UAE, builds on this approach and its development to advance all vital sectors, and move them to advanced stages of development and efficiency, which reflects positively on the reality of people and the future of future generations ».

He added: “We want this elite within our government team to contribute strongly in supporting their country's efforts to achieve its goals set in the UAE's strategy for the Fourth Industrial Revolution. We expect them to participate actively in the development of their entities, mechanisms and services and transfer their knowledge and expertise to their colleagues. The capabilities of our national cadres and empower them ».

He directed the graduates of the program to employ the outputs of the Fourth Industrial Revolution in transforming the plans, programs and initiatives they supervise to implement them in their realities, wishing them success in serving their country and society and in their endeavors to create the future.

It is worth mentioning that the Ministry of Cabinet Affairs and the Future organized the program of the Fourth Industrial Revolution with the aim of building national capabilities and competencies capable of implementing the axes and objectives of the strategy of the Fourth Industrial Revolution, in support of the State's efforts in employing advanced technology to turn future challenges into opportunities and achievements.

The aim of the program is to enable participants to understand the basics of the Fourth Industrial Revolution, and the basic axes of the strategy in terms of: the foundations of the future, the security of the future, the experience of the future, the productivity of the future, the limits of the future, the human being of the future. And their future and ways to benefit from them in enhancing the quality of life of community members.

The training program, organized in collaboration with Oxford University, focused on the sectors of the Fourth Industrial Revolution Strategy and the concepts of the Fourth Industrial Revolution, and provided participants with mechanisms and tools to explore challenges, opportunities, skills and knowledge needed to support them in the implementation of the Strategy.

The program included practical training in developing policies and legislation to govern the new sectors, and ways to adopt the digital economy and digital technology blockchain to enhance the knowledge economy in the country, and touched on mechanisms to enable government cadres to keep abreast of technological developments arising from the Fourth Industrial Revolution and digital transformation.
