Saitama City Hall, which does not have a cafeteria for staff, began an attempt to open a private kitchen car for cooking inside the city hall on the 30th day of the city hall in order to improve convenience and increase the city's income.

On the 30th, two kitchen cars that can be cooked in the car were lined up next to the main entrance of Saitama City Hall, and citizens and employees who visited the city hall lined up to buy lunch.

The menu on the 30th day of the first day is deep-fried chicken and taco rice. The menu changes every day and can be checked with a dedicated app.

Saitama City expects an increase in income of 150,000 yen per month by lending a part of the site to a company of a kitchen car, and also wants to create a crowd by using staff and people who visit the city hall is.

According to Saitama City, the introduction of kitchen cars is the first in a city designated by government ordinance.
