The judge of the court of Arezzo, Giampiero Borraccia, sentenced the former president of Banca Etruria Giuseppe Fornasari to 5 years of imprisonment and the former general manager Luca Bronchi in the process, with abbreviated procedure, for the collapse of the institute credit card. The other two defendants who chose the shortened procedure, the other former general manager Alfredo Berni and the former board member Rossano Soldini, were sentenced to two years and one year respectively. For another 25 suspects, all former executives and councilors, the judge decided to adjourn in ordinary proceedings.
