“Over the past day, the water level in the Amur River near the city of Komsomolsk-on-Amur dropped by 13 cm and crossed the seven meter mark,” the message of the Ministry of Emergency Situations in the Khabarovsk Territory says.

It is noted that rescuers completed the cleaning of the Khuminsky highway.

“At present, under the influence of the Amur flood, 95 residential buildings located in the Malaya Khapsol and Khorpinsky districts continue to remain,” the text says.

Previously, the water level in the Amur fell by 9 cm.
