“The use of“ Ratnik ”equipment allows to double the combat capabilities of each infantryman. The accuracy of fire has been improved by 1.6 times, the range of target detection at night and in conditions of limited visibility has been increased by 1.5 times, ”he said.
According to him, the second-generation “Ratnik” combat equipment set, supplied to the troops since 2015, includes functionally and structurally integrated elements of the destruction, control, defense, life support and energy supply systems.
“Currently, work is planned to create a new set of combat equipment of the third generation,” the general added.
Earlier it was reported that the third-generation combat equipment “Ratnik-3” will be equipped with modular personal protective equipment.
