The Fujairah Court of Appeal has sentenced two Asian defendants who killed two citizens by accident in two traffic accidents in two separate cases.
The defendant in the first case, after facing the court on the charges against him, admitted that the cause of the accident was excessive speed and lack of attention, pointing out that this is what led to the collision of his vehicle with another vehicle, causing the death of the victim and seriously injuring another person with him.
The defendant in the second case, the cause of the accident was to go back very quickly, without notice of the presence of a person behind the vehicle, which led to run over and died immediately.
