Jonas Falk, formerly called Jonas Oredsson, was arrested in Colombia on suspicion of conspiracy with an international drug dealer in 2010. He was sentenced to 18 years in prison in the district court, but was subsequently released by the High Court.

"A little rough"

On Wednesday morning, 35 policemen stormed Jonas Falk's villa in Sitges, outside Barcelona, in Spain, writes Expressen. The magazine writes that he was arrested and taken into custody, suspected of conspiring with a criminal organization.

- It was a little rough. You do not need to storm 35 police, 15 of them with automatic weapons at seven in the morning when you know that an entire family is home, he tells Expressen.

Released on Saturday

He denies that he committed a crime and on Saturday, a judge rejected the evidence and set him free, the magazine writes.

- I thought I was suspected of drug crimes for saying "drugs", "criminal organization" and "money laundering" when I was arrested. But when I got to see the court paper after I was released it does not say that I am suspected of dealing drugs but because I have a connection with someone who has been arrested for drug offenses, he says to the newspaper.

According to Aftonbladet, Spanish police have seized four tons of cocaine and € 600,000. Jonas Falk should have been arrested in connection with this, writes the magazine.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs tells SVT News that it is not known that any Swede has been arrested in connection with a drug addiction in Spain.
