29 September 201923.00 Filippo Peschiera represented an important figure of the democratic Catholicism of Genoa, a reference in the field of labor and trade union law. He died at 88. He was kidnapped on February 18, 1978 by a commando of the Red Brigades at the higher education school of the Ligurian capital. The terrorists wounded him with 5 pistol shots to the legs. They wanted to try the teacher, the labor law scholar and the Catholic politician involved in Christian Democracy.
