Russia's Anzhelika Sidorova was crowned world champion pole vaulter Sunday in Doha (Qatar), passing 4m95, a new personal best and world performance of the year.

European champion in Zurich in 2014, Sidorova (28 years old) still has the opportunity to improve his brand and his record (which was previously 4m91), in this contest very raised. Sandi Morris of the United States took second place (4m90) and Greek Katerina Stefanidi, defending champion and Olympic champion, is third at 4m85.
