“Investigative actions were completed with respect to my client, today he was charged with the final version,” Malyshevsky’s lawyer Alexander Aldaev quotes TASS.

The lawyer said that the case of his client will go to the prosecutor next week.

He added that the charge was brought under Part 1 of Art. 318 of the Criminal Code of Russia (“The use of violence against a representative of authority”).

Earlier, the Basmanny Court of Moscow released Alexei Minyailo, a participant in an unauthorized rally on July 27.

On September 18, another participant in the unauthorized rally on July 27, Aidar Gubaidulin, was released on bail.
