At a recent inspection, manipulated prescriptions were found and the pharmaceutical manager has not known the regulations properly.
"The overall assessment is that there are such serious and widespread deficiencies in the operation that it may pose risks to patient safety," the authority announces.
"The rules for operating a pharmacy are primarily aimed at ensuring that the patient gets safe and functioning medicines," says Martin Lindblom, group manager for the Pharmacy Supervision Department at the Swedish Medicines Agency.
"This player has clearly violated a number of regulations, so our decision is well-founded".
