As Lavrov noted, Lukashenko said that the Belarusian armed forces should be considered as protecting common interests and a common territory.
According to Lavrov, Moscow also does not 100% share Minsk’s foreign policy objectives, but “it doesn’t mean anything,” because the countries have a joint action program.
