Germany received Putin's message on the INF

“The German government received a message from the Russian president. According to our information, other allies and partners received a similar letter, ”said a representative of the Cabinet.

According to him, Germany with its allies in NATO and the EU will analyze this letter.

Earlier, the media, citing a source, wrote that Putin sent a message to several states, including NATO countries, on September 19, which proposed introducing a moratorium on the deployment of INF Treaty in Europe.

In early September, the Russian Foreign Ministry announced that Moscow invited NATO members to join the moratorium on the deployment of the INF.
