Home service personnel were threatened with a gun

It all took place in early September. The home service staff was at home with a user. One of the staff and and the user sat at the kitchen table.

Suddenly the user got up and sat down next to the staff. The user opened a bag and pulled out a gun which he put the barrel against the sternum of the staff. The man then pushed off and a loud bang was heard and a strong air pressure arose.

After that, the staff shouted at their colleague and they ran out to the car.

The event is reported to the Swedish Work Environment Authority.
