It was Wednesday, September 18, that a villa fire occurred in Rasbokil northeast of Uppsala. And since then, the police have investigated what started the fire and whether the man who lived in the house was in place when the fire occurred.
- It has been difficult from the point of view of the track technicians. Everything that can burn has burned up and the fire still has not really extinguished, it is still glowing on the spot, says Jonas Eronen, press officer for the police in the Mitt region.

- Nothing to say he wasn't there if I talk backwards. We have found traces that confirm what you fear. But we cannot confirm to one hundred percent that this is so, says Jonas Eronen.
Relatives are informed of the case.
Police technicians have also failed to find the cause of the fire.
- It is a so-called total fire where everything is completely burned out. But the technicians continue to work and the area is closed off until we are done with the investigation, says Jonas Eronen.
