The National Police have arrested a suspect in León for the murder of a 38-year-old Brazilian transsexual woman whose body was found on Saturday with numerous stabs in a flat in Aviles (Asturias).
Police sources have pointed out to Efe that investigators are still trying to determine the relationship between the arrested and the woman and have recalled that the case is under summary secret.
The body was located by the person in charge of cleaning a house located at number 62 of La Cámara street, in the center of Aviles, in a room that the victim would have rented on the floor that, according to the first inquiries, worked as dating house.
The body of the victim, who was identified by his foreigner identity number, which was listed as male, was transferred to the Institute of Legal Medicine of Oviedo to perform the autopsy and try to determine the time of death.
