It was around half past one on Sunday night that the police received a call from the hospital. They had brought in a man in his 40s with injuries from some kind of firearm, according to police. A 20-year-old man, who is a relative of the injured man, is now suspected of serious abuse and was arrested by police in his home.
The plaintiff was not seriously injured.
