The exhibition "Tutankhamun, the Treasury of the Pharaoh", is about to close Sunday night on a record, the most visited in history in France, after receiving 1.42 million visitors.

In six months, 1,423,170 Egyptian enthusiasts flocked to La Villette, in the north-east of Paris, to admire 150 objects found in the tomb of the young pharaoh, 60 of which were released for the first time from Egypt, said Sunday the organizers in a statement.
