- For me, it is not the most important part that I am involved in writing history, but of course I understand the extent of this, she says.

Jessica Kronholm from Kalmar has worked with traffic issues and is a road safety expert throughout her professional life. During the past six months, she has been a contributing part in enabling Saudi women to take driving licenses. The work has taken place in Saudi Arabia.

Since the decision came, in the summer of 2018, to allow Saudi women to take a driver's license, around 80,000 women have succeeded.

Want to make traffic safer

In her work, Jessica Kronholm hopes to be able to improve road safety in other countries and through this project she has been a part of training women traffic teachers.
