“Tonight, the punishers of the Aidar battalion detained a civilian in the Mayorsky KPVV area,” the DPR People’s Police quoted RIA Novosti as saying.
It is specified that money and personal belongings were taken from the detainee, after which the man made an attempt to escape, during which he was wounded.
The ministry also called on OSCE observers to record this incident.
