- It feels good to get the scholarship, while being a little scary. As a judge you have to endure a lot of screaming and parents get bullied, but I have also developed and become stronger myself, says Armina Dedic.
In addition to Armina, Karolin Holmberg also receives the scholarship, and they have both completed the education Young Judge. The initiative is a collaboration between Västmanland Fotbollsförbund and Länsförsäkringar Bergslagen.
The goal of the bet is to strengthen young referees so that they feel secure in different match situations and create an affinity outside their own sports association.

- It is important to take care of the judges when they start, both by giving them support and training. Many people fall off the road and it's just a coincidence that I made my way all the way. Therefore, it is a good investment, says Mohammed Al-Hakim.
