21 September 2019 Personal injuries aggravated by racial discrimination in the competition. With this heavy accusation the Carabinieri of Anzio, around 13 today, arrested an 18 year old and denounced a 17 year old caught in the act while they were beating a 24 year old Nigerian with clubs.According to a first reconstruction, everything would have happened just before lunchtime when the two boys, condominiums of the same building, saw the young stranger passing in front of their home.
From the verbal insults against a racist background, the two Italians quickly switched to facts and once they took to the streets they physically assaulted the Nigerian. After a first struggle, however, the victim managed to free herself and escape. Not happy, the Italians returned to their homes, they came out shortly afterwards armed with two clubs and set off in pursuit of the Nigerian. The duo of attackers could not have known however that to see them run armed with sticks there were some Carabinieri in plain clothes that alerted the colleagues of the Station and of the Company of Anzio.
The military, after brief research, found the two Italians intent on beating the 24-year-old Nigerian who had been reached in the meantime. Immediate intervention by the Carabinieri. The African boy was medicated and judged curable with 7 days of prognosis for a contorted head wound and a shoulder bruise. The handcuffs were taken for the adult aggressor, for the minor the complaint. The real reasons for the attack are being examined, even if at the moment it seems that everything was triggered by the racial hatred of the two Italians towards the victim who was passing in front of their house.
