Zelensky has appointed the head of the Foreign Intelligence Service of Ukraine

The corresponding decree is published on the website of the head of Ukraine.

“To appoint Evdokimov Valery Vladimirovich the chairman of the Foreign Intelligence Service of Ukraine,” the document says.

Earlier Zelensky dismissed Vladislav Bukharev from the post of chairman of the Foreign Intelligence Service and appointed him first deputy chairman of the Security Service (SBU).
