The prosecutor's office expressed the opinion that Ustinov would not hide from the court and would not impede the consideration of his case in the appellate court.
According to Interfax, the prosecutor’s office also asks the court to take into account the personal data of the convict.
Ustinov was sentenced to 3.5 years for using violence against a riot police during an unauthorized rally on August 3 in Moscow.
