Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Meets with Lebanese Prime Minister

It is noted that the parties discussed "the current situation in Lebanon in the context of the efforts of the Lebanese authorities to ensure domestic political and socio-economic stability in the country."

“Some practical issues were also considered to further strengthen the traditionally friendly Russian-Lebanese relations,” the Foreign Ministry said.

At the end of March, Russian ambassador to Beirut Alexander Zasypkin told RT about cooperation between Russia and Lebanon.
