“The Prosecutor General’s submission for the verdict against Pavel Ustinov was submitted to the Moscow City Court,” she said.
Earlier, the Russian Prosecutor General's Office asked to change the sentence to Ustinov, sentenced to 3.5 years for using violence against a riot police during an unauthorized rally in Moscow on August 3.
It is noted that the department does not dispute the proof of his guilt and “the correctness of the qualification of his actions,” however, he considers the sentence to be excessively harsh.
