The contractor and actor Mohamed Ali appeared in a new video on social media, urging Egyptians to take to the streets on Friday to demand the departure of President Abdel Fattah El Sisi and called on them to break the barrier of fear.

Ali explained that he calls on the Egyptians to come down and stand peacefully, even in front of their homes for only one hour, after the Egyptian Super Football match between Al-Ahly and Zamalek, which will be held today at 7 pm Cairo time (5 pm GMT)

He said he was calling for an exit without a clash with the security services, and for ceremonial demonstrations to send a message to the defense minister that the masses reject Abdel Fattah al-Sisi's rule and then move to isolate him.

Ali said that if the authorities did not pay attention to this movement, he has a vision of escalation next Friday, and will present it in future videos.

"There is no revolution in the day and night, no revolution in an hour," he said. "It is a step by step."
