Three women have reported police orders for sexual offenses. In one of the cases, the prosecutor has asked for alternative fraud. This is the case at a Christmas party where one of the women states that the commander must have asked if "they should go home and fuck now". Something the man denies.
- If the district court does not find it sexually abusive, they have an alternative. Verbal statements are always difficult so we can see what the district court comes to, says Lena Kastlund prosecutor.
The trial did not offer any surprises and everyone told pretty much the same thing as they said during the preliminary investigation.
That they are or have been colleagues was something that was noticed in the courtroom?
- I thought the women seemed a little distressed, but I do not know if it is because they have been exposed or because they are colleagues. It may well be extra sensitive when they are workmates. There have probably been a number of corpses in the police have been heard. But it feels as if things have gotten better today with the fact that you do not want to report a colleague.
Judgment will be announced on October 4.
