19 September 2019The lawyer Alberto Bianchi, former president of the Open foundation, which for years has organized the events related to Matteo Renzi, including Leopolda, is under investigation by the Florence prosecutor for trafficking in illicit influences.
The Guardia di Finanza, in the context of an investigation initiated by the deputy prosecutor Luca Turco, searched the lawyer Bianchi's office, acquiring computer equipment and several folders of documents.
"This is an investigation for a smoky accusation like that of the traffic of influences for professional services which, in our opinion, are perfectly legitimate", explains the lawyer Antonio D'Avirro. "We have provided the Guardia di Finanza with all the documentation requested in the hope that everything will be clarified as soon as possible. The fact remains that the lawyer Bianchi is deeply disappointed by this affair"
