As a result of the review by the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications, all local governments continue to go to the system after next month, assuming that the current return items are based on local products that are less than 30% of the donation amount. Decided to accept the participation.
Regarding the new system, the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications has excluded four local governments from the target because they have collected a large amount of donation. We recommend to consider early this month.
