A single offer of recovery was filed for the airline Aigle Azur in judicial liquidation at the deadline of Wednesday midnight, by two former leaders of Air France, Lionel Guerin and Philippe Micouleau, we learned Thursday from a close source folder.

The offer of the two men relates to the "entire business" and would go through a "holding of recovery whose shareholders will be Lionel Guerin and Philippe Micouleau up to 30% and a company under Spanish law, DFO oil product". It is further conditioned to obtain a loan of "15 million euros" from the state, it was said the same source. Air France has given up.
