Kabulov also noted that Iranians no longer pay attention to "countless US sanctions against this country."
Earlier, US leader Donald Trump said that he instructed the US Treasury to significantly expand sanctions against Iran.
In early September, the US Treasury announced the expansion of anti-Iranian sanctions.
