• Coast Guard saves 90 migrants, Malta denies transshipment

17 September 2019A Maltese patrol vessel - as far as we know - approached the two Italian Coast Guard patrol boats that are just outside the Maltese waters with 90 migrants rescued in the night and announced their intention to take the rescued people on board, thus placing end to stall.
