"The end of the war and the de-occupation of all Ukrainian territories is my main mission as the president of Ukraine," he said at a press conference following talks with Slovak President Zuzana Chaputova.

As the president noted, Ukraine is counting on diplomatic support from Slovakia.

Earlier, Zelensky, speaking at a forum in Kiev, said that Ukraine would fight for the “return” of Crimea “not just with words.”

As noted by the Ukrainian Foreign Ministry, Kiev is preparing a package of proposals aimed at simplifying the lives of people in the Donbass.

In August, the Ukrainian president, during the first meeting of the Rada of the new convocation, called the main tasks of the parliament, including the “return” of Crimea.

Crimea became the Russian region after the referendum of 2014, in which the majority of the inhabitants of the peninsula called for reunification with Russia.
