In Europe, the stock exchanges are all down, yielding around half a percentage point. Milan loses 0.66%.
New York also started to decline with the Dow Jones at -0.40% and the Nasdaq at -0.50.
The btp / bund spread rises to 134 basis points with the yield on our 10-year bonds at 0.87%, while the euro drops to 1.10 and 20 against the dollar.
