A witness from Dubai Police said that he took note of the statement of the accused, who said that he was accompanied by his colleague in the restaurant, and there was a dispute between him and the victim, who initiated the attack first by phone, beat her with his head on her face, then the dispute was resolved and the police came.

An eyewitness said that the defendant harassed the victim and ignored what caused his anger.He pulled her from her hand towards him, hit her with a head in her face, broke her nose, then intervened to remove the accused from her and contacted the police.

The forensic report said the victim needed treatment for more than 20 days, and left a minor deformity of the nose with a slight blockage in the nostrils, and a change in tone of voice, which is a permanent disability estimated at 15%.

On the other hand, the Criminal Court, in Dubai, began the trial of an African woman, who tried to stab her divorced (African) in the chest but repulsed the knife in his hand, and threatened him with death and came a flagrant indecent act, while the Public Prosecution directed her to commit a felony assault and insult Her honor.

He said that in his interrogation, the prosecutor said he was heading to his workplace.
