Maduro welcomed the signing of an agreement with the opposition

According to RIA Novosti, the opposition parties “Movement for Socialism”, “Change”, “Sustainable Development”, “Decisions” participated in the negotiations.

In August, Venezuelan Foreign Minister Jorge Arreasa said that the Venezuelan authorities did not intend to stop negotiations with the opposition.
