A 33-year-old Arab man broke the nose of a 33-year-old European woman with a sudden head-to-head while they were together at a Dubai restaurant and caused a 15% permanent handicap.

The victim said that she was with a friend in a restaurant, and the defendant entered under the influence of alcohol, and tried to talk to her inappropriately, and asked him to stop it, and advised her friend to leave the place.

She said that while standing, the defendant pushed her hand, dropped the phone on the floor and then held her hand and hit her with her head in her nose. Her nose.

A witness from Dubai Police said that he recorded the statement of the accused, who indicated that he was with his colleague in the restaurant and there was a dispute between him and the victim, who initiated the attack on her first phone, beat her with a head on her face, then the dispute was resolved and the police came.

An eyewitness said that the defendant harassed the victim and ignored him which caused his anger, because he was under the influence of alcoholic beverages, pulled her from her hand towards him and beat her with his head in her face, broke her nose, then the people present helped her to remove the accused from her and contacted the police.

The forensic report stated that the victim needed treatment for more than 20 days, and left with a minor deformity of the nose with a slight blockage in the nostrils and change in the tone of the voice, which is a permanent disability estimated at 15%.
