“On Sunday, information was received by the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations in Yakutia that the pilot of the Eurocopter helicopter, flying on the territory of the Oymyakonsky and Tomponsky districts, doesn’t get in touch,” RIA Novosti reports.
It is said that helicopters flew along the route to transport previously harvested fish. On board was a pilot and two passengers.
Two other helicopters were sent to search for the missing aircraft.
Earlier it was reported that in Yakutia, the An-2 aircraft made an emergency landing.
